If you’ve been planning commencements for a while, you’re probably familiar with the dreaded paper address forms, which your photography company wanted in order to deliver photo proofs. You’ve come to expect the hassle, the questions, the litter and golf pencils strewn all over your venue, etc.
At Pro Pics, those days are long gone.
Today’s graduates expect their commencement proofs to be delivered quickly and digitally, and Pro Pics has built the system to make that happen. One of those systems involves the elimination of paper address forms, since paper forms take considerable time to scan and transcribe; not to mention the errors can be numerous, especially with personal email addresses.
Introducing Pro Pics’ Selfie Registration
Our special "Selfie Registration" portal allows your graduates a secure way to upload a selfie pictures of themselves, along with their desired contact information (e.g. email, text number).
Then, after your commencement, our AI and facial recognition systems uses each graduate’s selfie photo to scan the the thousands of images we captured at your ceremony to quickly and accurately identify every image in which that graduate appears. Those images with positive identification are “tagged” that graduate’s image gallery.

Our Selfie Registration portal has numerous benefits, as it:
eliminates the need for paper address forms;
allows graduates to provide their own email and text numbers for proof delivery, as well as their loved ones;
enables their commencement proofs to be delivered more quickly; and
helps identify each graduate within the hundreds of beautiful public relations images we’ll capture at your event.
The only ask we make of you is to share information about our Selfie Registration portal with your soon-to-be graduates. Your university’s commencement website and emails to students about commencement are two such examples where this is helpful.
At each ceremony, Pro Pics staff will also have QR codes for graduates to scan and register the day of commencement, linking to our registration portal. Additionally, we respectfully request a spreadsheet of all students eligible to participate in commencement along with their address information on file with the University, so that we can still send ceremony proofs to graduates who do not complete our online registration.
