GradCaps
Help your graduates remember the emotion and excitement of commencement day with GradCaps! These are personalized graduation stories using actual footage & audio from your ceremony's live stream, combined with the graduate's stage moment and custom text with their name and degree, to create a 30 second video made specially for every graduate.

Virtual Photo Booth
Pro Pics’ Virtual Photo Booth allows graduates to place themselves on virtual backgrounds picked by your university. These can be iconic places on campus or graphics you create. Graduates are able to upload photos—from a photo they already have or by taking one on their phone—and have the background of that image instantly removed. They can place that cutout image of themselves on any of the backgrounds. Once their image is created, they can instantly download the photo.
Photo Mosaics
Pro Pics offers Photo Mosaics which create a piece of art using photos submitted by students. Photos are collected and then placed in a photo or graphic supplied by the university. Upon completion, the school receives full rights to the finished image which can be printed or shared digitally, as well as a highlight video, which displays each student’s photo being added to the mosaic as it builds, and a “fast fill” video that can be used for transitions in virtual ceremony videos.
Personalized Mailer
Give a personal touch to your commencement celebrations. Pro Pics can help by sending a Personalized Mailer directly to your graduate's home. The process is simple, streamlined and most importantly, will help you connect with your graduate's in an impactful way. Pro Pics will work with you to create a custom mailer using their name and photo with your university's brand and messaging to send a piece directly to their home. The mailer will be something they can keep, share or display as a celebration of their achievements at your university.
Green Screen Technology
Give your graduates the photo experience they deserve. With green screen technology, Pro Pics has the ability to make sure every graduate has the opportunity to purchase a variety of different backgrounds, including iconic locations on campus, school crests/logos, and studio style backdrops. Since Pro Pics performs renderings in-house, your graduates will enjoy the same speed of proof delivery as they would if their portraits were photographed in front of a traditional background or backdrop.
Grad Fair Photography
Pro Pics gives you the ability to extend our great photography experience to your grad fair or cap and gown pick up. Our photographers will provide your students with a personal photography experience, right on your own campus. This is a great option for students to have professional portraits taken before their big day. Used for everything from graduation announcements to framed keepsakes, grad fair portraits are a great additional service we offer at no charge.
